Frequently Asked Questions

Q:How does your experience help someone with criminal proceedings coupled with immigration concerns?

A: We have experience dealing with criminal misdemeanors and felonies which may trigger adverse immigration consequences and that it is extremely useful for non-citizens, even lawful permanent residents to consult an immigration attorney when dealing with seemingly basic state and other charges prior to entering any plea of guilty in state or federal court.  Even minor drug infractions may result in removal proceedings being initiated by US ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) for lawful permanent residents.

Bottom line: if you have not become a US Citizen and are charged with a crime, consult a knowledgeable immigration law attorney.
